The project was a highly collaborative effort, both within Seymourpowell and also incorporating feedback from the team and Dovetale at every stage of the project to ensure the Trolley was appropriate for the busy restaurant environment.
The Knickerbocker Glory Trolley is not only a visual centrepiece of the restaurant, but also a functional workhorse that sees use every service, every day.
The Trolley received attention and critical acclaim from the press.
