Venn

2021



Venn is a product collection of water vessels, exploring form derived from intersecting two circles. The project aims to find relationships between form and function, without adding superfluous details or features. 

Visual contrast between elements was expressed through materiality. The water containing volumes are designed in a tactile brown glazed ceramic, and functional components are produced through CNC turning in stainless steel. This yields a satisfying balance of natural imperfection and precision control.
